Mothers All-Purpose Cleaner is an intensely concentrated, biodegradable cleaner that can be used on a variety of surfaces by using different dilution levels. Use for things like carpets, fabric seats, and vinyl upholstery at lower concentration levels. Clean engine bays, door jambs, and wheels at higher concentration levels. Mothers All-Purpose Cleaners contain water, surfactants, and water-miscible solvents to break down dirt and grease, along with a pH adjuster like Potassium Hydroxide and an antimicrobial agent. Ingredients such as 2-Butoxyethanol act as solvents, while other proprietary cleaners and dyes are also included in the formulation. 

You should not use Mothers All Purpose Cleaner on porous materials like unfinished wood, granite, or marble, as the cleaner can seep in and cause damage. It's also best to avoid using it on upholstered furnishings, leather, and other delicate fabrics, which require specific cleaners to prevent fading or drying out. Additionally, avoid using it on electronics, car paint (as it's not formulated for automotive surfaces), and some plastics, as it can cause damage or create a slippery, unsafe surface. Avoid overuse as it can lead to residue or damage. This product does not disinfect or kill germs.

Recommended Dilutions:

• General Purpose - 1:15
• Carpet, Vinyl & Upholstery - 1:10
• Spot & Heavy Cleaning - 1:5
• Engines, Tires, Grease - 1:3

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Combine the appropriate amount of Mothers APC and water in a clean spray bottle
2. Before applying to the whole surface, test in an inconspicuous area
3. Spray the diluted cleaner onto a microfiber towel instead of directly onto the surface to avoid over spray
4. For stubborn dirt, you can gently agitate the surface with a soft brush or your microfiber towel. 
5. Wipe the surface clean with the damp towel and rinse thoroughly with a separate clean, damp cloth. 
6. Use a clean, dry microfiber towel to completely dry the surface, which helps prevent water spots and streaks
